Jasmine Canziani is an actor, dancer, singer, director and choreographer from Westchester, NY. She recognized her love for dance at 3 years old, joined a competitive dance team at 13 and went on to dance in college and beyond! She is a Wagner College ’17 Cum Laude graduate with a BA in Theatre Performance and a minor in Dance.
In her senior year, she was the President of the Wagner College Dance Club and received the Bob Gabriel Memorial Award for excellence in Theatre. Wagner credits include, Dance Project 2016 (Dancer), Assasins (Sarah Jane Moore), and Titanic (Edith Course Evans). Jasmine has also worked as an actor throughout New York, regional credits include Beth Finnegan (Jerry Finnegan’s Sister, Clove Creek Dinner Theatre), Sister Mary Amnesia (Nunsense, Antrim Playhouse) and Mme De La Grande Bouche (Beauty and The Beast, KJK Productions). Most recently, Jasmine was touring Europe with Pickles Company by EITC, a theatre education company where Jasmine helped create four original shows. She then performed those shows in schools around France, Belgium and Italy to help the students learn English in a creative setting. She loves working with kids ages 7-17 and has experience teaching ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and pointe. She aims to encourage a creative and safe space for all her students to learn, perform and express themselves!
